Are you looking for easy at home workouts?
I’ve been the co-owner of a fitness studio for over 7 years. One of the most common complaints I hear is that women don’t have enough time for fitness. As a working mother of three, I get it! But, your health needs to be a priority. Have you ever heard the saying, “Treat your body like it’s someone you love.” It makes a ton of sense – and is necessary to ensure longevity and overall wellness. Ladies, I’m confident there’s a way to squeeze fitness into everyone’s life – we may just need to get a little creative!
To help, I am putting together a series of 5-10 minute fitness videos that you can easily do at home. My hope is that even when you’re short on time, you can still get a quick workout in – even if it’s only 15 minutes!
The first series focuses on proper set up for common exercises including planks, push ups, abdominal crunches, arm work and more. I’ll keep adding to the tutorials until complete. Then I’ll continue to add 5-10 minute fitness segments that you can piece together to create your own workout. All you will need is a light set of weights and some water.
All of the videos can be found on my YouTube channel. I welcome you to check out a few. Warning… production quality doesn’t meet Peloton standards, lol. But it’s amazing what you can do with an iPhone and a pile of yoga blocks!
